Donald E. Gilbert 

Ted started working for the financial services industry in 1996 and has worked in roles such as sales and client service, equity research and trading, Private Banking, and investment advisory. Since 2006, he has been providing value-added investment decision making and continuous discretionary monitoring of accounts to a fiduciary standard. A Bowdoin graduate, Ted also has an MBA from Indiana and a MSIM (Master of Investment Management) degree from Boston University.

Ted has also worked in the boatbuilding industry in Maine and on Cape Cod, and is a graduate of the Yacht Design Program at the Landing School in Arundel. He is also a board member of Boots2Roots, a Maine-based nonprofit that helps veterans find jobs once they return home.

Ted and his wife, Julia, live in Boston with their two children, and he spends time each week in the Portland office.

Wayne Schaab

Wayne has been in the investment business for over 20 years. After working for a major national brokerage firm, he concluded that it was in the best interest of his clients to work with an independent brokerage firm. His specialty is the construction of customized portfolios with a focus on portfolio income, utilizing extensive knowledge of both fixed income and equity securities.

As a Canadian native, Wayne attended the University of British Columbia before playing in the professional hockey leagues for 13 years. He enjoyed particular success with the Maine Mariners, becoming a local celebrity. Notably, Wayne holds the distinction of being the first Maine Mariner to have had his jersey retired.

Wayne and his wife Cindy have three children and live in South Portland.
